Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of Confirm (the “Service”). By using Confirm, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Confirm provides

Confirm provides booking links/pages, an owner dashboard, and automation tools (confirmations and reminders). Email notifications may be available at no extra cost. WhatsApp/SMS sending uses credits and may require an Access Pack.

2. Messaging credits

WhatsApp/SMS automation uses credits. If your credits run out, Confirm may pause WhatsApp/SMS sends until you top up or purchase an Access Pack. Bookings may still be accepted and email notifications may still work (when enabled).

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, services, and availability. You agree not to use Confirm for spam, illegal activity, or harmful content.

4. Third-party fees

WhatsApp/SMS provider fees are billed by your messaging provider. Confirm charges for access and automation credits.

We may update these Terms over time. If changes are significant, we’ll post an updated version here.
